  The woodland is situated on the west side of Shelford Road and comprises mixed broadleaf woodland with a timber-framed storage building situated in a clearing.

  Broadleaf species include oak, ash, beech, sycamore and silver birch. The vendors have planted a variety of trees including oak, walnut, curly willow, field maple and wild cherry.

  Wildflowers include ox-eye daisy, wild geranium, snowdrop, foxglove and cornflowers.

  The woodland has been managed to promote biodiversity and is home to a range of species including Eurasian blackcap, whitethroat, common newt as well as butterflies and dragonflies.
