Recent highlights include renegotiating several long-term Option and Promotion Agreements across southern England and playing a central role in the largest freehold development land sale in Cambridgeshire for decades, completed in early 2025.

Ben is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a member of the Residential Development Agents Society (RDAS).
