National Recognition for Bidwells’ Residential Team at Negotiator Awards

Bidwells were named Regional Agency of the Year: East of England and Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year.

In its 13-year existence The Negotiator Awards has established itself as the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers. The Negotiator Awards are organised by Propertydrum Ltd, publisher of the residential property trade magazine, The Negotiator.

Head of Residential at Bidwells, David Bentley, said:

Throughout the Covid-19 crisis we provided over 400 video property tours to clients and received excellent feedback for our customer service.  We continued to actively work with developers across the Cambridge-Oxford Arc and our efforts over the past year have helped sell over 70% of Cambridge’s prime developments.

Our Residential Development Team are actively involved with £1bn worth of agency land, equating to 20,000+ homes. We’re also working with 80% of the current top 10 housebuilders in the UK.

It’s wonderful to see everyone across both the Cambridge and Norwich team recognised for all their hard work and dedication in 2021.”

This year The Negotiator Conference and Expo, and its award ceremony returned after seeing a Covid-19 related postponement in 2020. The Awards are judged by a panel of 21 industry leaders and residential property experts.
