Bidwells appoints experienced Operational Living team to spearhead new consultancy offer

The strategic move is a significant step towards capitalising on the growing operational living market, positioning Bidwells in the multi-disciplinary advisory space within the living sector, and harnessing cross-selling and unlocking capital markets opportunities.

Iain Murray, former Senior Director BTR Consultancy (Europe) of Cortland Consult, becomes Head of Operational Living at Bidwells. He said:

The acquisition fully integrates Murray’s robust client portfolio and expert team into Bidwells’ newly established Operational Living department.

Iain’s appointment is expected to drive growth and innovation in the business, while enhancing Bidwells’ standing in the operational living market by offering clients an end-to-end consultancy experience.

Bream joined Bidwells in February 2023 to lead the firm’s ambitious growth plans. She spent nine years as Operations Director at the Berkeley Group, where she worked on high-profile projects such as One Tower Bridge and Woodberry Down. She also co-founded VervLife, a specialist Build to Rent (BTR) & Co-Living consultant and operator.
